Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow and Agile delivery expertise to lead and manage federal IT initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a solid project management foundation, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders in a remote environment.The successful candidate will oversee ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, ensure on-time and compliant delivery, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile project lifecycles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Agile ServiceNow projects from initiation through deliveryCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into ServiceNow-based solutionsManage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependenciesUse ServiceNow to manage user stories, backlogs, sprint planning, and reportingEnsure project deliverables meet federal security, regulatory, and compliance requirementsFacilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Provide regular status reporting to government and internal leadershipCoordinate with development, testing, and platform teams to ensure quality outcomesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field (Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar)Five (5) years of professional experienceThree (3) years of direct experience managing Agile ServiceNow projectsServiceNow CertificationsServiceNow Micro-CertificationsProven experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and map them to ServiceNow functionalityAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceClearance RequirementAbility to obtain and maintain a Public TrustCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required (federal contract requirement)Highly-Valued QualificationsActive or previously held Public Trust clearanceMaster's degree (MBA, MIS, or related discipline)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationServiceNow Implementer CertificationExperience using ServiceNow Agile tools to manage product backlogs and user storiesExperience supporting federal government projectsKnowledge of security and regulatory compliance requirements in federal environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
