Position Overview

Practice Model

100% outpatient primary care

Nursing home rounds with support from APP's

Full-spectrum Family or Internal Medicine (Pediatrics through Geriatrics)

Strong need for chronic disease management and cardiac care

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek

Clinical Support

Average 15-18 patients per day

Dedicated clinical support team (APPs, CMAs, LPNs, RNs)

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Compensation

$300,000-$325,000 base salary (guaranteed first 2 years)

$150,000 sign-on bonus

Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
