Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all artworks, merchandise, and warehouse supplies.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly to minimize errors and product damage.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment discrepancies, stock variances, and shipping issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate daily shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate equipment, always ensuring proper handling and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners or electronic order-picking systems is required.
• Background in shipping and receiving operations is an advantage.
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or construction environments is beneficial.
• Intermediate computer literacy or experience handling warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and physical stamina.
