Cash and Credit Manager
We are hiring a highly selective Cash and Credit Manager to lead hands on cash application and credit operations in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires strong operational expertise, people leadership, and the ability to drive measurable cash flow and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate customer master data and enforce credit policies
• Identify and implement process and system improvements
• Oversee reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• Coach, develop, and support a high impact team
• Provide clear performance updates to senior leadership
• Partner cross functionally to resolve escalated payment and credit issues
• Drive KPIs related to cash flow, delinquency, and process efficiency
• Manage credit reviews, customer account accuracy, and financial risk exposure
• Lead daily cash applications and credit operations with hands on involvement
Required Experience
Excel assessment required as part of the interview process•
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Advanced Excel skills including v look ups and pivot tables
• Strong ability to speak to KPIs and process improvement results
• Onshore experience
• Minimum 3 years of unclaimed property experience
• Recent, hands on cash applications experience required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing portfolios and supporting payment plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Prior people leadership or team lead experience
• Extensive experience in accounts receivable or collections
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation and Team Highlights
• Target compensation range is $90,000 to $105,000. Candidates with higher expectations are still encouraged to apply, as compensation may be flexible for the right fit.
