Marshfield Clinic - 1720 South University Drive - Responsibilities: Greet patients and verify demographics; Creating, scanning & routing documents or electronic forms; inform patients what the document is & capture signatures; Collects co-payments, pre-payments, and payments on account balances; Work with nursing team & providers to coordinate & schedule appointments to meet patients needs; coordinate provider schedule; Obtain and coordinate referrals & conduct pre-authorization; arrange interpreter services
