Our client, a leading healthcare support organization, is seeking a Remote CSR Hawaii Residents to join their team. As a Remote CSR Hawaii Residents, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting healthcare providers and beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Remote CSR Hawaii Residents

Location: Remote in Honolulu, HI

Pay Range: $19.38

Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm HST

What's the Job?

  • Support Hawaii healthcare providers in enrolling into the state's Medicaid system, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Answer inbound calls and process applications, providing clear guidance and support to callers.

  • Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing to develop a thorough understanding of program policies and procedures.

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues escalated through multiple communication channels.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggesting procedural enhancements.

What's Needed?

  • At least 6 months of call center experience required.

  • Experience in healthcare application processing is preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience or equivalent education and experience.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
