Job Title: Bilingual Customer Order Management Specialist (Spanish/English)
Pay Rate: $24/hr (Max)
Location: Hybrid - Nashville, TN
Schedule:
- Mandatory in-office: Monday & Tuesday
- Third in-office day: Candidate's choice (Wednesday, Thursday, OR Friday)
- Remaining two days: Remote
- Working Hours: 8am-5pm (Flexible to 7am-4pm)
Job Description: Join our team as a Customer Order Management Specialist supporting a leading organization in Nashville, TN! This hybrid role offers a balance between on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. You'll play a crucial part in the customer order management process, acting as a primary point of contact for our valued customers while ensuring efficiency and satisfaction throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main contact for customer order management via phone and email communications-no outbound call center work.
- Manage, monitor, and update orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries, status checks, and order-related requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate order tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systems.
Top 3 Skills: - Bilingual - Spanish & English (Written & Verbal): Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Excel Skills: Ability to efficiently track, analyze, and update order information.
- Order Management Experience: At least 1+ year of relevant experience in order entry, customer account management, or related roles.
Additional Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or customer support within an order management/supply chain setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid office environment.
- Role is contract, with the potential for extension or permanent hire.
