Your tasks include replying to applicant`s emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviews. Post job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites, internship websites, and social media sites. Schedule and conduct induction for newly hired interns. Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms. Work proactively with other team members. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects. Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
