Description:

Our Client, a Research, Care and Health Financing company, is looking for dministrative Business Partner for their Boston, MA/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

  • The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) will provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to two senior leaders spanning different functional areas and time zones.
  • This role is critical in ensuring both leaders operate efficiently by expertly navigating complex scheduling and communication challenges across multiple time zones.
  • Manage intricate and constantly changing calendars for two leaders, requiring meticulous coordination of meetings and events across different time zones (e.g., EST and CST)
  • Serve as a key point of contact, managing communication flow and ensuring timely follow-up on action items for both leaders and their respective organizations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal team meetings, offsites, and leadership reviews
  • Manage budget tracking, procurement, and other operational tasks as required.
  • Exercise the highest degree of judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as an Administrative Partner or Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling across significant time zone differences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize conflicting demands.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, etc)
