Job Summary:

As a Senior Infor Syteline Leader-Doer, you will play a dual role inleading Infor projects while also being deeply involved in day-to-day operations. You will provide strategic guidance, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Infor Syteline to drive successful implementations and optimizations. Simultaneously, you will be expected to engage directly in project execution, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team achieves its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advisory Role:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Infor Syteline, providing strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within Infor Syteline implementations.
  • Develop and present training materials and workshops to upskill team members and users.
• Hands-On Leadership:
  • Actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of Infor Syteline modules.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Project Management:
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with Infor Syteline enhancements and industry trends, integrating new functionalities as appropriate.
  • Lead initiatives to assess and refine system performance, user experience, and operational workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience with Infor Syteline, including hands-on implementation and support.
• Proven track record of leading successful Infor projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
