Director Of Instruction

Fargo Country Club is seeking a driven, organized, and high-energy Director of Instruction to lead and elevate all aspects of player development within the club. This role is designed for an individual who wants to build something meaningful. You will own the entire instructional ecosystem at FCC, from junior development to adult programming, from beginner golfers to high-performance players.

Success in this role will be defined by a thriving junior academy, engaged and improving members, consistent, high-quality programming, and a culture centered on development, energy, opportunity, and communication.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-level private instruction to members and guests, building and maintaining a robust personal lesson book, designing and implementing long-term player development plans, coaching players across all skill levels, including high-performance golfers, building and leading junior academy, adult clinics and group programming, ladies and beginner programs, pop-up and specialty clinics, creating a clear pathway for golfer progression within the club, continuously innovating programming to drive engagement, overseeing and elevating all junior camps and lesson instructors, creating a structured, fun, and competitive junior environment, developing programs that retain and grow junior participation year-over-year, conducting professional club fittings using top-tier OEM equipment, integrating instruction with equipment to maximize player performance, driving engagement through fitting events and demo experiences, maintaining consistent, proactive communication with members, being visible, approachable, and present within the club environment, delivering an experience that reflects FCC's culture: competitive, family-oriented, and high-end.
