Job Details

The government is looking for a qualified QAR to perform QA and other related work. They will complete daily QA reports in the Resident Management System (RMS) for review. They will attend and deliver notes in the various construction meetings they must attend. They must be able to read and interpret construction scope, specifications, codes, and other documents to ensure the construction being done is in accordance with said documents. The QAR will use RMS (resident management system) to prepare and submit reporting information based off of what they observed/inspected on the jobsite. They may be assigned to a variety of projects to include vertical and flatwork concrete, underground utility systems, asphalt and highway construction, earthwork, excavation, pile foundations, and heavy civil works construction. Or they could be put on a variety of projects related to elevating a highway road to avoid any flood exposure.
