Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to verify authorized entry, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel; Support a respectful residential environment by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with de-escalation during resident and/or visitor interactions when appropriate
