Shift:

• Full-time: 80 hours every two weeks. 8 am-4:30 pm

Starting Pay: $25/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician III performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical equipment systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, windows, screens, and doors. Additionally, this position requires appliance replacement and participation in snow removal.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in maintenance.
