Job Description Job Description A highly regarded, fast-growing investment platform is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel and legal team. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to executive leadership and sophisticated work across funds, corporate governance, and real estate investments. This position is ideal for a corporate paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is looking to take ownership of complex entity structures and fund-related work. This is not a traditional paralegal role, you will function as a key operator within the legal and compliance team, with responsibility for bringing structure and organization to a rapidly scaling platform. What You'll Do: Manage and maintain 200 entities across multiple jurisdictions, including complex fund and real estate structures Prepare and oversee: Annual filings, foreign registrations, and compliance requirements Corporate books, records, resolutions, and organizational documents Build and maintain complex organizational charts Support fund formation and ongoing fund operations, including: Real estate investment structures (REITs, 1031 exchanges, etc.) Preferred equity, private credit, and financing transactions Partner with legal and compliance leadership to: Track regulatory filings and exemptions Support internal compliance programs and documentation Help implement and improve document management systems and processes What We're Looking For 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant Strong background in: Entity management and corporate governance Complex organizational structures Experience with funds or investment platforms strongly preferred Exposure to real estate transactions or willingness to learn Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Confident communicator who can work directly with senior leadership Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can operate with autonomy Why This Role?
