Location Preference: Candidates located in PST or MST time zones preferred for team alignment

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support contract monitoring, milestone tracking, payment triggers, and billing activities with pharmaceutical partners across the Pathology and Core customer areas.

This role provides financial oversight for revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate systems. The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical problem-solver who enjoys working with data, developing dashboards, and improving invoicing workflows to support business insights and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


Contract Management & Financial Oversight


  • Track and monitor contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing events.

  • Maintain accurate records of actual and forecasted contract activity.

  • Support revenue forecasting and financial analysis for contract portfolios.


Process Improvement
  • Identify and recommend improvements to invoicing and tracking workflows.

  • Implement process enhancements to improve departmental efficiency and reporting accuracy.


Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and contract management tools.

  • Analyze contract data to identify gaps, trends, and performance insights.

  • Support standardized and ad hoc reporting requests.


Data Management
  • Identify and utilize appropriate data sources for financial reporting.

  • Ensure departmental systems contain accurate, up-to-date, and actionable information.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop metrics and reporting frameworks.

  • Support change management initiatives related to reporting processes and tools.

  • Assist in developing training materials to help stakeholders interpret financial data.


Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Communicate clearly through written and verbal communication.


Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

  • Experience reading and interpreting contracts is a strong plus.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field

    (or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience)


Experience
  • 2 5 years of experience in:

    • Data analysis

    • Financial analytics

    • Contract or revenue tracking


  • Experience in the Healthcare or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is preferred.




Additional Information
  • This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.
