We are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $42 - 47.59/hr (W2)
• Fully remote role (full-time, 40 hours/week with standard 9AM - 5PM hours)
• 8-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and continued need
• You will own end-to-end onboarding for regional merchants, ensuring a smooth launch and successful first 30 days on the clients' platform
• You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and integration partners, maintaining strong external relationships
• You will track progress across onboarding workflows, resolve blockers, and coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, integration partners, etc.)
• You will participate in recurring calls with partners to review pipeline status and outstanding tasks

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management or customer success (client-facing experience required)
• Strong experience with customer onboarding and account coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce experience preferred
