A company is looking for a Data Literacy Instructional Specialist to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of data literacy and analytics education programs for healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy, lifecycle, and delivery of a core pillar within a Data Literacy programDesign and deliver engaging data and analytics training, workshops, and learning experiences for diverse healthcare audiencesDevelop scalable, sustainable learning products including courses, curricula, and learning modulesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a data related, computational, scientific, or analytical field4+ years experience in instructional design, training, curriculum development, or adult education5+ years experience in data and analytics (data analysis, data science, biostatistics, data management, or software development)3+ years experience using instructional and visual design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification (required)
