A company is looking for a Manufacturing IT Transformation Leader.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior advisor to manufacturing, supply chain, and IT leadership for large-scale transformation projectsLead global manufacturing systems transformations, including MES deployments and automation system integrationsDesign and implement future-state manufacturing IT operating models and manage risk during complex initiativesRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in manufacturing environments within MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences sectorsDeep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, including GxP and validationProven experience leading manufacturing systems transformations, especially MES and EAM systemsStrong knowledge of MES platforms (preferably Siemens Opcenter) and EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo)Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with strong leadership presence
