A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the loan application process and assist Loan Officers in closing transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Loan Officers by gathering required documentation for loan applicationsManage a pipeline of over 200 loan applications per month and ensure timely follow-up on disclosed loansProvide support to both Loan Officers and Loan Assistants with borrower requests and file assignmentsRequired QualificationsLocated in the state of Utah1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales AssistantActive NMLS license or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hireExperience with Encompass, Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent
