A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager to oversee a team of service technicians for EV Charging stations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision to field service technicians and manage day-to-day operationsAssist in strategizing and planning daily schedules for field service techniciansSupport the service team in addressing escalated customer issues to enhance customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a related role, including troubleshooting and field operationsDemonstrated experience in leadership or guidance roles, including supervision and mentoringExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plusElectrician or Foreman experience is preferredPossession of a Journeyman Card is a plus
