Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access to the property by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized entry when required, and communicating with residents, visitors, and/or delivery personnel in a professional manner; Support daily residential operations by assisting with policy-related questions, noting maintenance or rule violations, and completing routine logs, reports, and shift activity records
