A company is looking for a Remote Pro Fee Surgery & E/M Coder.Key ResponsibilitiesCode inpatient and/or outpatient hospital records, ED records, Home Health & Hospice records, and professional fee servicesReview medical records to assign appropriate codes for financial reimbursement and compliance with regulationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and resolve pre-bill edits and denials for assigned accountsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust possess one of the following coding certifications at the time of hire: CCS, CCS-P, CPC-H, or RHIT/RHIAMust achieve one of the coding credentials within one year of hireThree to five years of experience as a coder required
