Fence Installation Laborer - Seasonal

Join a dedicated team as an Installation Laborer, where you will contribute to the installation of various fencing types across residential and commercial sites. You will work closely within a team, under the supervision of an experienced lead, ensuring quality and efficiency in all installations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of chain link and wood fences, following client designs.
• Utilize tools such as post hole diggers, shovels, and digging bars to prepare installation sites.
• Prepare and stage materials and tools for each job, ensuring everything needed is loaded into the truck.
• Support installations, perform quality checks, and oversee job progression.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Perform construction tasks including measuring, cutting, nailing, and setting concrete.
• Work outdoors in various climates and environments.

Essential Skills:

• General labor skills
• Proficient use of tape measure and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Clean driving record for vehicle insurance
• Experience in fence installation and repair

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working outdoors
• Skills in concrete, underground, and carpentry work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor

Work Environment:

Work takes place in residential neighborhoods and commercial construction sites. You will be part of a family-owned company, working mainly outdoors and subject to weather conditions, including hot summers and wet fall seasons.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
