BE/BC Fellowship trained Microvascular Plastic Surgeon

Practice Details :
Reconstructive and cosmetic practice with two plastic surgeons and three advanced practice providers
This is a full-time practice with a balanced mixture of inpatient and outpatient care
Procedures include general plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, breast and reconstructive surgery, post weight loss surgery
Experience in microsurgical breast reconstruction is preferred
Opportunity for free flap lower extremity reconstruction
The clinic and hospital offer state-of-the-art- facilities and advanced equipment
Catchment area exceeds one million
Call is approximately 10 days per month
Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, and occasionally IM & FM residents
Plastic Surgery, Fargo
Compensation floor of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (thiswill be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
