Job Details

Lead a department (such as Womens, Mens and Childrens departments) and support overall store standards Greet and assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling Handle transactions, returns, and safe/till counts as needed Organize merchandise, displays, and help with truck unloading and floor moves Promote current sales and programs Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence in taking initiative and leading by example At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling (preferred) Ability to learn and operate the POS system Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 16 years old...Lead, Part-Time, Store, Retail, Business Services
