Shift: Full time, 60/hrs per pay period. 8am-2:30pm. Starting Pay: $17.00/hr. Maintains outside of buildings including repairs, painting, snow and ice removal, landscaping, rescreening windows, doors, etc. The Maintenance person communicates regularly and effectively with residents, staff, and all levels of management.
