Project Manager

Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals Manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to join the team.

Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision

Proficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications

General oversight with submittals

Direct contact for customers - excellent problem-solving skills

Assist with estimating change orders

Collaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods delivery

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented

Computer Programs:

Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Computer Ease

Qualifications:

Experience with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, reinforcing steel, concrete

Education:

Minimum of associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or construction management

B.S. Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
