Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and public agencies when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles in accordance with government location protocols and post orders.; Document observations, incidents, and/or patrol activities in required reports, logs, and communication systems, and report maintenance, hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
