Sanford Health - 5225 23rd Avenue South - Responsibilities: Provide safe patient mobilization and transfer assistance using approved assistive devices and procedures; Demonstrate use of patient transfer equipment and mobility techniques; Perform transfers (bed to chair, toilet/commode, wheelchair and return; bed to cart and return; repositioning in bed or chair); Document and communicate completion of mobility in the electronic medical record; Coach staff on mobility and enlist their assistance as needed
