Working in close collaboration with the external communication director and manager, this individual is responsible for writing, researching, filming and developing content or messaging in support of Essentia Healths strategic communication goals. Based on experience and expertise, communication specialists may perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: creating and executing digital content calendars, developing priority messaging, building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, collaborating across teams and functions to manage content calendars, analyzing engagement metrics and performance data and other tactical execution in support of strategic communication plans.
