Job Details

Essential Job Functions: Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures Support the implementation of industry best practices and a mindset of continuous improvement Evaluate processes and procedures and work with the Compliance Manager to develop the improvements for the proper execution, coordination, and payment of company contracts Monitor contracts to ensure the company does not enter into an agreement with an external party which may harm the companys policies and practices Work with the Compliance Manager to develop and support a comprehensive vendor prequalification and setup system that will ensure the company is utilizing approved and preferred vendors Coordinate with the Compliance Manager to develop and monitor the system for maintaining vendor prequalifications while utilizing a vendor scorecard system to establish vendor KPIs Coordinate with the Procurement Managers and Compliance Manager on the company requisition system to ensure contracts have ap...Compliance Specialist, Procurement, Compliance Manager, Specialist, Compliance, Business Services, Vendor
