Lead estimating efforts for ground-up commercial construction projects Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard bid estimates Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, and scope reviews Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Work collaboratively with operations and preconstruction teams during project pursuits Identify risk factors, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies Participate in project interviews and client presentations as needed Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating resources Qualifications 10 years of estimating experience in commercial construction preferred Strong preference for candidates with ground-up commercial project experience Experience with a commercial general contractor required Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Construc...Estimator, Senior, Construction, Staffing, Commercial
