Essential Job Functions: Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures Responsible for managing RS field operations, tooling operations, warehousing, and operational safety teams Serve as a role model to the field team utilizing technical understanding, prior field experience and positive interpersonal behavior to improve safety, quality, and operational excellence Build a high performing leadership team to enable a strong culture to be delivered through Field Operations Managers and field leadership; ensuring the overall business purpose, vision, values, and behavior is delivered through the technicians in the field Build organizational capability by having regular reviews and personal development plans with each direct report and help coach and train them both behaviorally and technically into potential future leaders of the business Ensure a clear strategy and operational delivery of coaching, training, and personal development are conveyed to help grow success...Director, Operations Manager, Leadership, Staffing, Operations, Management, Construction, Business Services
