Responsible for working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed within established service-level agreements. Preboarding activities include, but are not limited to, coordination of pre-employment drug screening process, monitoring of pre-employment documentation/applications, monitoring I-9 completion and escalations process, reviewing job profiles, monitoring, and reviewing background checks. Also responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel when necessary. Job Description.
