This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with part-time local delivery responsibilities. You will start by staging and quality-checking orders and supplies for shipment, using RF scanners, pick sheets, and internal inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Over time, you will train to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment, and you will also perform local deliveries as part of a flexible weekly schedule.
You will join a small, close-knit team where your contributions are visible and valued, and where you can enjoy flexibility as long as the work is completed. The location maintains a team-oriented culture, with a modest-sized staff that supports collaboration and cross-training across roles. You can expect a stable daytime schedule, opportunities to learn new skills such as forklift operation and delivery procedures, and a work environment that balances structure with practical flexibility.
This role is based in a smaller warehouse location with a total team of about a dozen people, including a sales team. You will split your time between warehouse operations and local in-town deliveries. The typical schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Deliveries are primarily scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while warehouse work is typically performed on Tuesday and Thursday, with flexibility to adjust to cover vacations or operational needs. The work environment involves regular use of RF scanners, internal inventory systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. You will work in a hands-on setting that includes staging, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials, as well as driving for local deliveries.
