Job Details Job Title: Process Technician II Location: Fargo, ND Work Type: Fully Onsite Duration: 12 Months Contract Shift : 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a skilled Process Technician II to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and repairing machines, responding to production floor issues, and ensuring smooth operation of automated equipment and mechanical systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on technical skills and experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Respond to production floor requests and technical trouble calls Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machines and mechanical equipment Support soldering tasks and related manufacturing processes Perform failure analysis and document findings Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters Work with robotics, conveyors, automated soldering stations, and dispensing equipment Track work activities using computer systems and applications Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Hands-on soldering experience Experience using multimeters and performing failure analysis Familiarity with automated machinery, robotics, and conveyance systems Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 2-year technical degree or equivalent technician experience Additional Information Position is 100% onsite Local candidates preferred Metatarsal safety shoes required on Day 1 Approximately 75% factory floor work and 25% desk work Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future Drug screen required (YR - IND) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $32 - $36 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
