Job Description: 24 months contract ; May extend Onsite Position Title Process Technician II Position Overview The Process Technician plays a critical role in supporting the production floor, responding to technical requests, and resolving machine or mechanical issues in a timely manner. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and perform hands-on repairs to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will complete 2+ months of comprehensive training at the Main Plant before transitioning to the PES facility. Shift: 1st shift Shift hours: 8am-4pm **Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.** Drug Screen required Key Responsibilities · Respond promptly to requests and trouble calls from the production floor. · Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs issues with machines and mechanical equipment. · Provide support with soldering tasks and related processes. · Perform failure analysis and document findings. · Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters. · Work with small robotics, conveyors, automated soldering stations, and material dispensary equipment. · Track work performed using basic computer applications. · Maintain a high level of safety and use required PPE (metatarsal shoes) at all times. Requirements · 3+ years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering preferred · Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills · Hands-on experience with soldering (support and intermediate level) · Ability to use multimeters and perform failure analysis · Experience with small robotics, conveyance equipment, and automated machinery · Basic proficiency with computers · Able to work independently with minimal supervision · 2-year technical degree or equivalent technician experience Additional Information · Local candidates preferred · Metatarsal safety shoes required on day one · Position is 100% onsite · Approximately 75% of time spent on the factory floor, 25% at a desk Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $30 - $37 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
