Position: We are seeking a Senior Project and Design Architect with at least 7 years of experience to lead high-impact projects. You will oversee design and construction documentation, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure strict compliance with building codes and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to take projects from concept through construction administration, working on diverse developments ranging from $1M to $50M+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in client interactions, such as basic marketing, project interviews, business networking activities
• Lead project design and development, interfacing with clients, coordinating with contractors and consultants.
• Prepare and present complex architectural designs and 3D models for client approval.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and drafters, ensuring workflow efficiency and error reduction.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction phases and resolve on-site challenges.
• Manage construction administration services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably 10+ years.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows along with Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and local zoning laws.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Licensed Architect with NCARB certification
