Position Details

Job Title: Senior Lifestyle Specialist

Full-Time

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven sales professional dedicated to achieving and exceeding census growth and occupancy goals for our community. This role is central to the internal sales process, focusing intensely on nurturing active prospects from initial inquiry through move-in. The Specialist excels at managing the sales pipeline with emphasis on conversion ratios and speed-to-lead response times, while also driving lead generation through targeted community outreach. This position owns the entire move-in process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new residents.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Five years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong emphasis on outside business development, lead generation, and building referral networks. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales, occupancy, or census growth targets in a competitive environment. Direct experience in the senior living or long-term care industry. Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change within an organization.
