Job Title: HVAC Controls Systems Engineer Leader Location: Fargo, ND 58102 Duration: 03+ months contract (high possibility of extension) Shift: 1st Shift (Mon - Fri) Pay: $35/hr - $40/hr (Negotiable) Job Description: Seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Systems Engineer Leader to supervise Controls Systems Engineers and Designers for HVAC/building automation projects. The role involves project coordination, application engineering, commissioning support, team leadership, customer interaction, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. Required (Must Have): Bachelor's degree in Engineering 8+ years of Application Engineering experience Prior experience leading or supervising engineering/technical teams 5+ years of experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of HVAC controls/building automation systems Experience with project coordination, commissioning, and engineering deliverables Understanding of cost management and accounting principles Strong communication and leadership skills (YR - R1) #IND2 Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $38 - $40 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
