Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of store employees to provide best-in-class service, hospitality, food and beverage to every guest; Manage costs, initiate local store marketing and recruiting efforts, and ensure proper policies are followed; Effectively coach and counsel all team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls; maintain training schedules and run training programs; Ensure alcohol is served responsibly and in accordance with the law; uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed audition guidelines
