Since 2001, weve helped businesses across the region create workspaces. Were a close-knit team of 15, and were looking for the right person to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role
Were hiring an experienced Office Manager to own our day-to-day financial recordkeeping and HR administration. This is a dual-focus role in a small-business environment — ideal for someone whos detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable wearing a few different hats.

What Youll Do
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and AP/AR-related inquiries
Administer employee benefits enrollment and maintain accurate HR records
Lead the onboarding process for new hires
Support ownership with HR communications, reporting, and administrative needs
Keep office systems, processes, and documentation organized and current
What Were Looking For
2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or a similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter who manages competing priorities well in a small-business setting
What We Offer
$55,000 - $65,000 based on experience
