Join Refinish Supply Company (RSC), a division of Automotive Parts Headquarters (APH), where you'll play an important role supporting professional body shops and retail customers throughout your community.

This is more than a delivery position—you'll be a trusted partner to our customers by delivering products, assisting with paint mixing, answering questions, and helping ensure our store operates smoothly every day. What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver / Customer Service Representative, your day may include:

• Safely and accurately deliver automotive paint, supplies, and related products to customers on scheduled routes or as needed
• Pick up products and customer returns from shops and other locations
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing friendly, knowledgeable service
• Mix automotive paint and coatings according to customer specifications (training provided)
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product questions and order requests
• Process customer returns and help resolve customer concerns
• Check in freight and assist with inventory and store organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Keep company vehicles clean and perform routine checks of fluids and vehicle condition
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to understand and follow federal and state driving regulations
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with store operations and inventory processes is a plus
• Automotive parts, paint, collision repair, or sales experience preferred—but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn!
