Location 4301 University Dr S, Fargo, ND, 58104, United StatesDescriptionPosition SummaryPKG is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across our portfolio of collaborative delivery and hard-bid construction projects. The ideal candidate brings strong Primavera P6 proficiency and a working knowledge of water/wastewater construction.Essential Functions of the JobDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and owners to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goalsMonitor progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or risksPrepare schedule narratives, look-ahead reports, and recovery schedules as neededSupport pre-construction planning and constructability review effortsAssist in the preparation of schedule-related contract submittals and claims documentationBehavioralPassion for the water / wastewater industryStrong communication and organizational skillsKeen attention to detail and a high level of initiativeAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and perform in a fast-paced work environmentCore ExpectationsAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectivelyAbility to work independently as well and part of a teamDemonstrate strong decision making and problem-solving skillsMust be willing to travel and work away from home when necessaryComply with all OSHA and MSHA regulationsQualifications3+ years of construction scheduling experienceProficiency in Primavera P6 requiredExperience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction preferredStrong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path methodologyExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with project management software, estimating software, Blubeam, and AutoCad preferred.Physical Requirements and Working EnvironmentVision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focusThe employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach with arms above their shouldersMust be able to exert 10-20 lbs of force constantly, 25-50 lbs of force frequently, and 50-100 lbs of force occasionally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
