DescriptionEventide Fargo Care Center in south Fargo, ND (near Scheels Arena) is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator to work full time 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Includes every 4th weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday rotation.The Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator will assist in the implementation of activity programs that stimulate residents/tenants physically, mentally and socially to increase the quality of their lives. Activities must follow standards determined by state and federal regulations.Essential FunctionsPlan and coordinate resident activity programs for residents at varying levels of physical and mental abilities for stimulation and recreation.Develop a rapport with assigned residents and families to develop an understanding of residents' needs and interests.Maintain records on each assigned resident, including attendance, charts, goals, quarterly activity notes, hospitalization reviews, discharge summaries, and initial assessments.Attend initial and quarterly care conferences with the resident care team to determine care plan needs for each resident; electronically document Minimum Data Set, RAPS, TRIGGERS, and Care Plan.Provide leadership for assigned activities and events.Make recommendations to the Director of Life Enrichment if alternative programs or changes are necessary.Promptly answer resident call lights.Ideal CandidateA high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; post‑secondary education is preferred.Experience in long‑term care is preferred.CompensationAt Eventide, competitive starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.62 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
