Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - FargoAs a Receiving Clerk employee with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will:Ensure timely processing of all incoming materials in an environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.Efficiently process incoming materials on a daily basis.Receive materials into ERP system and file required paperwork as directed.Support FIFO inventory procedures.Stock incoming materials into proper stockroom location on a daily basis.Work with purchasing to correct receiving problems on supplier parts and paperwork.Operate power driven equipment; including forklifts; obtaining and maintaining operator certification.Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.Assist and support other team members.Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.*This is a firstshift position*Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have at least one of the following:High School Diploma or G.E.D.National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)At least 3 years of manufacturing work experienceAbility and willingness to operate a forklift and maintain applicable certification.Capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers, and processing numbers by adding and subtracting.Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.Ability and willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including weekends).What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance.Prior experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.BenefitsHighly competitive base paySavings & Retirement benefitsWellbeing – Physical and Mental HealthcarePaid Holidays & Competitive Vacation PackagesEmployee Assistance ProgramsTuition AssistanceFitness subsidiesCharitable contribution matchRebate Program & numerous discount programs for personal useJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
