Valley Imports Inventory Control Specialist

Valley Imports is looking for a vehicle Inventory Control Specialist. This individual assists the sales department by coordinating the reconditioning of vehicles, transferring and delivering vehicles, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the sales lot.

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Pay $23 26/hr.

Education and/or years' experience required:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the appropriate supply of new vehicles and orders/acquires vehicle inventory accordingly.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
  • Manages inventory for the store.
  • Ro's for PDI on new/used vehicles.
  • Check in and inspect new vehicles
  • Recall Ro's for new and used inventory
  • Set up/coordinate getting new vehicles to tint, premium shield, and auto start.
  • Dealer trade paperwork and sets up drivers
  • Pick up new and used vehicles at Valley Reconditioning
  • Make corrections for Carfax errors.
  • Track progress of new and used vehicles through the reconditioning process
  • Schedule/arrange transportation for auction vehicles.
  • Assist in selling coverage units
  • Transports inventory to Valley Reconditioning after service
  • Plow snow
  • Communicate and coordinate with Body Shop to include transporting vehicles that need body work.
  • Call on repairs for the store (electrical and/or mechanical work).
  • Assist in inventory audits
  • Adheres to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs W.W. Wallwork. Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
  • Upholds W.W. Wallwork. Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
