Memory Care Activities Aid

As a Memory Care Activities Aid, you will play a crucial role in providing meaningful activities and programs for our residents. Your creativity and compassion will help to improve cognitive function, social interaction, and emotional well-being for those in our care. Responsibilities include planning and implementing a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise programs, and sensory stimulation. You will also assist residents with participation in group activities, provide one-on-one support as needed, and document residents' progress and participation. The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with memory care needs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this rewarding position.
