Clay County is offering a full-time attorney position with a salary range of $25.43 to $35.33 hourly. The job is located at 807 11th Street North, Moorhead, MN 56560.

The position's duties include:

1. Opening files and maintaining databases
2. Preparing pleadings in criminal, civil, and juvenile cases
3. Preparing subpoenas
4. Sending out discovery
5. Electronic filing and serving court documents
6. Managing court hearing and trial calendars
7. Receptionist duties as needed
8. Other duties as assigned
